It’s late April, which is springtime for most people, but here in the Colorado Rockies it can still look and feel like winter. In the photo below, Taylor Reservoir is still completely frozen over and there is a pretty good snowpack up on the Continental Divide. On the way back down Taylor Canyon, we saw some Big Horn Sheep, including one really nice ram. I like to get out in early spring each year, especially after a long, cold winter, to just take in these incredible Rocky Mountains and remind myself why I am here.
